Terms & Conditions
Course and event enrolments are subject to the following terms and conditions:
i. All material received as part of a course and/or events are considered to remain the intellectual property of the Australis School of Astrology and are not to be reproduced or circulated without the express permission of the proprietor.
ii. All material, including reading services, should be considered educational in nature and should not in any way be considered a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. By undertaking courses and/or events you agree that tutors and presenters will not take responsibility for, nor be held liable for the resulting action of individual choice.
iii. All course and event fees are collected in Australian dollars and include GST.
iv. Course content. delivery date, delivery method, and inclusions are subject to change based on tutor availability. Where live delivery of course material is deemed unavailable based on extraneous circumstances including, but not limited to infirmity or internet connectivity, a recorded session of the material will be provided within seven days of the scheduled event.
v. Students are entitled to a full refund of individual unit enrolment fees prior to unit commencement. Upon unit commencement and the delivery of unit material, course fees are non-refundable, but are transferrable and may be used as credit for enrolment in the same unit at a later stage, subject to proprietor discretion.
vi. Individual recording of course and event material is expressly prohibited.
vii. By enrolling in courses and events, students agree to behave in an agreeable manner with tutors and others students and agree to keep the expression of personal opinion to a reasonable limit. In the event interpersonal conflict arises between students and/or the expression of personal opinion impinges upon the successful presentation of material, students are subject to expulsion from the unit and forfeit all monies paid.
viii. Should any student be expelled from a course or event, re-enrolment in any future course or event is subject to tutor and proprietor discretion.
